Within Amazon, the Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) org is responsible creating the spaces that inspire Amazonians to make history. GREF provides real estate transaction expertise, business partnering, space and occupancy planning, capital investment program management, facility maintenance, and operations in more than 60 countries.

We are seeking a dynamic Global Communications Leader to develop and drive GREF's communication strategy - engaging Amazonians at large, business leaders, and our internal employees in GREF's strategy, our impact, and the continued evolution of how we partner with and serve our employees. Key communication pillars range from the evolution of workplace experience (designs and new programs and service offerings informed by research and customer insights), to sustainability (progress to goals and calls to actions), to executive communications, to org engagement (All Teams Meetings).

This role will be a key leader within the newly formed Global Transformation & Insights org. Key functions within this team include Customer Insights, Business Insights, Creative + UX Design, and Communications. We are a group of builders, creators, innovators and go getters. Key job responsibilities

Set strategic priorities for GREF communications aligned to GREF business priorities

Own the GREF narrative, messaging, and brand voice and ensures consistency across all communications

Develop operational and editorial content and storytelling strategy and manages communications channels

Lead GREF global communications campaigns for GREF customers

Leads GREF global employee communications and events

Develop cohesive comms strategy and effective engagement model with stakeholder groups (such as Internal Corporate Comms, PR, Legal, Regional Comms, and other business leaders).

Serve as main POC to drive global integrated communications campaigns with Amazon PR and ICC

Provide strategic comms support to global centers of expertise and enablement

Drive executive communications strategy

Develop mechanisms to track, analyze and report on individual campaign results and consult on big picture business trends

Innovate, implement and test learning strategies that drive scalable impact

Develops best practices in engagement and execution that serve as a model for partner teams

Basic Qualifications

10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

Experience managing teams

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams

Experience working with executive leadership in large organizations

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading cross-functional teams to drive marketing initiatives world-wide

Experience leading across multiple locales

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $140,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $232,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
