We believe in fostering a culture of compliance and security to protect our clients' data and maintain their trust.Currently, RSI is looking to fill the position of a Marketing Technology Specialist who will play a vital role as the subject matter expert on utilizing marketing technologies to improve RSIs marketing efforts including search engine optimization, customer segmentation, and social media. This individual will be responsible for aligning digital marketing strategies with the companys business goals, implementing marketing automation tools, optimizing SEO, ensuring website privacy compliance, and providing data and reports to the leadership team to make informed business decisions. This role requires effective coordination with internal team members as well as outside vendors to align marketing efforts across the organization.Qualifications:2-5 years' of experience in a tech marketing capacityTechnical expertise and experience with:
Google Ads and AnalyticsGoogle Suite including Google Docs and Google SheetsWordPressHubSpotAsana or similar project management toolsZoomHootsuiteChat GPTGoDaddy Hosting Security Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to organize and document effectivelyTask and project managementAble to work during Pacific Standard Time Business hoursResponsibilities:Evaluating, implementing, and improving marketing technologies using best practicesProcess design, implementation, and continuous improvementEmail Campaign managementWebsite enhancements including design, optimization, performance, functionality, and securityGoogle SEO and PPC activitiesMarketing technology Subject Matter ExpertiseThe anticipated salary range for this position will fall between $7.25 - $25/hr and is based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
