Please see our start date below and let us know your availability.Summer Internships: Monday, May 19, 2025 ( 40/hours per week max)The Marketing Operations Intern works closely with the Corporate Marketing, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to push products to the marketplace. This person maintains data integrity, performs analysis, assists with automation functions, and/or website optimization.What You'll DoMarketing Operations Interns may perform any of the following activities depending upon which team(s) they may support:Marketing OperationsMaintain data integrity in Salesforce and MarketoPerform in-depth analysis measuring marketing campaign effectivenessWork closely with Product Marketing to build audience segmentationsContribute to lifecycle and automation functions of marketingAssist with lead acquisitionMarketing AutomationsUtilize spreadsheet software to run matching and lookup functions to normalize accountsHelp maintain marketing reports and documentationDigital MarketingAnalyze and identify optimization areas (e.g. search trends, visitor engagement, conversion, user interaction, etc.)Create and implement an actionable plan and recommendations for improving how visitors find and use our websiteConduct a website content audit, including brand voice, SEO optimization, governanceWork in A/B and multivariate testing methodologyDevelop, launch, and measure success of web content for integrated marketing campaignsWhat You'll NeedMinimum QualificationsMust be currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Consumer Behavior, or related programPreferred QualificationsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsSelf-motivated with strong propensity for action, results and continuous improvementThe ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast paced, rapidly changing environment is necessaryExceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlinesExperience with reporting and analytics preferredIf Digital Marketing focused:Working knowledge of Drupal or other web content management systems (CMS)HTML experience necessaryExperience with CSS and Bootstrap preferredTravel Requirements and Working ConditionsReliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva officeMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the futureHow You’ll Be RewardedSalary range in the US: $21.00 - $21.00401(k) participation and matchPaid sick leaveA unique opportunity to further your learning experience through additional internship seasonsWorkiva is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
