Responsibilities
Provide vision and guidance that helps shape the future of LinkedIn’s talent marketplace and beyond
Create holistic design solutions that fulfill our member & customer needs, while considering the business, brand, and technology
Deliver final products with an incredibly high bar for craft and quality
Act as a mentor and leader across Talent Solutions and the Design team overall
Application Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must include your portfolio, website or other samples of work.
Basic Qualifications
BA/BS degree in graphic design, design communication, human-computer interaction, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications
10+ years of experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web or agency)
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to influence multiple product areas while being able to drive a strategy and vision across an organization that helps shape the future of the business
Ability to deliver design solutions that grow the business area and create new value for members/customers
Ability to develop teams of designers to become the next generation of key contributors - promoting sharing work openly and welcoming feedback
Strong ability to solve unstructured problems that have many dependencies and lengthy timelines; Seeks out ambiguity and transforms it into effective, actionable plans with cross-functional partners
Great communicator and a compelling storyteller

The pay range for this role is $173,000 to $280,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
