Consider joining our family – take care of your career and your community!Meijer RewardsWeekly pay Scheduling flexibilityPaid parental leave Paid education assistanceTeam member discount Development programs for advancement and career growthPlease review the job profile below and apply today!This position works with both internal and external partners to develop, create and execute projects and market campaigns either in a competitive nature or to increase sales/traffic for the digital shopping program..What You'll be Doing:Provide coordination for the design, development and implementation of Meijer marketing campaigns and business solutions for Digital Shopping.Plan projects and maintain budgets that align with business initiatives and campaigns.Work directly with vendors, manufacturers, and business partners for executing market specific campaigns.Contribute to the development of various business projects as it relates to digital engagement.Lead cross-functional teams through a project management process for business projects.Effectively communicate programs and respond to market and customer needs.Identify opportunities and challenges for market activity through discussions and analysis of data.Report the results by activity type, store, market and level of effectiveness.?What You Bring with You (Qualifications):Bachelor’s degree or equivalent retail experience.5+ years of experience marketing, advertising or retail management.Exceptional organizational skills.Proven project leadership capabilities.Great communicator (listening & presentation skills).Proficient with Microsoft Excel and strong math skills.MIRS and Microstrategy experience.May require travel to markets.Business orientation to drive traffic and profits.
