Our team is responsible for Apple’s video business, driving overall revenue as well as subscriber growth for Apple TV+, curating and managing the app experience, programming and editorializing while striving to acquire engage and retain subscribers for Apple TV+ and our partners.

Description

As the Head of Video Marketing and Go to Market Planning, you will be responsible for strategic planning and execution of off platform marketing initiatives and TV+ approach in markets. You will lead a team responsible for planning, development and execution of campaigns across Apple TV+ go-to-market planning, partner trade marketing, 3P studio marketing and Apple TV app campaigns. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Apple TV+ Go-To-Market Planning: Align with TV+ content marketing, paid media & development teams to align approach to business objectives. Drive holistic go to market plan across marketing, distribution, creative and the business, overseeing prioritization and deployment to ensure greatest impact with a holistic and coordinated approach. - Apple TV app: Marketing planning, strategy & campaign execution including budgeting, KPIs, targeting, cross-functional briefing across Apple paid & owned channels for cross-content campaigns & emerging channels - 3rd party Living Room: Manage the budget and approach for paid media on Connected Devices. Work with the media team for execution and with partner marketing to ensure a coordinated strategy with earned media. - Trade Marketing: Development of partner marketing tools, creative assets, pitch decks & events that will generate excitement for Apple TV+. Manage the budget and approach for trade marketing. Work with relevant teams to drive the LOB partner approach, beefing and overseeing relevant creative needed. - 3P Studio Marketing: Maximize studio partner marketing value for the transactional (EST/VOD) and channels business. - Be the “voice” of Video business across the larger marketing organization; excite and inspire internal teams to rally around a unified vision. - Provide & present timely updates to senior leadership on campaign status, key learnings and performance metrics. - Inspire, lead and grow a team of highly skilled video marketing strategists.

Minimum Qualifications

15+ years of relevant film & TV consumer marketing experience in the video streaming space in a subscription marketing or service marketing capacity

Experience in launching and managing full funnel integrated marketing campaigns, in partnership with multiple external and internal stakeholders

Bachelor’s degree required

Strong presentation skills and experience crafting presentations for senior leadership

Highly strategic and analytical, data-driven approach to recommendations and problem-solving

Deep industry knowledge across global markets of media & entertainment, and a keen observer of industry trends

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $211,700 and $318,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
