This role requires a strong analytical mindset, the ability to manipulate and interpret complex data, and excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels.Responsibilities:Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that can influence business strategy and operations.Business Insights: Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making across various departments, including marketing, sales, finance, and operations.Data Manipulation: Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and relevance in reporting.Visualization: Create clear and concise data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored insights that support their objectives.Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to improve data processes and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of data-driven decision-making.Communication: Effectively communicate complex analytical concepts and results to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.Technical Skills: Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.Industry-Specific Data: Familiarity with Circana (formerly IRI), Luminate, and other syndicated data sources.Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to a non-technical audience. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentResume required to be considered.
