Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.Assist in creating content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing channels.Help manage our social media presence by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.Support digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC advertising, email campaigns, and online analytics.Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns across different channels.Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and initiatives.Perform administrative tasks such as organizing files, scheduling meetings, and managing inventory of marketing materials.Collaborate with team members from different departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.Seek opportunities to learn and develop new skills in various areas of marketing.Other duties assignedEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Enthusiastic and eager to learn.SKILLS
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively conveying ideas, writing marketing materials, and collaborating with team members.Creativity: The ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns, content creation, and problem-solving is highly valuable in a marketing role.Digital Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, PPC advertising, email marketing, and social media marketing is beneficial.Analytical Skills: The capacity to analyze data, interpret metrics, and draw actionable insights from marketing campaigns is important for evaluating performance and making data-driven decisions.Research Skills: Proficiency in conducting market research to identify trends, consumer behavior patterns, and competitor strategies is essential for developing effective marketing strategies.Organization and Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are crucial for meeting deadlines and maintaining project timelines.Attention to Detail: Being detail-oriented helps ensure accuracy in marketing materials, data analysis, and campaign execution.
