We operate in over 25 locations in North America as both MicroDental Laboratories and Modern Dental Laboratory USA. With our focus on Quality, Value, and Legendary Customer Care, our Centers are devoted to building strong and lasting relationships with our dentists and their team members. Responsibilities:Provide coordination and project management to ensure successful events for our lab networkAssist in preparing event budgets for senior management approval. Track expenses for event ROI analysis.Organize facilities and manage all event details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc.Prepare shipments of all marketing materials for off-site eventsProactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event dayCollect pre/post event data through surveys/evaluations and report outcomesTrack event savings and value-add generated across national events to share with management team for analysisManagement of internal events master calendarSupport Event Marketing effortsAll other duties as assigned or as otherwise required
Qualifications:3+ years of experience in a related role, recent college grads are welcome to apply as wellExcellent time management and communication skillsDetail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and a passion for project management and excellent follow throughExcels in a deadline-driven, high-pressure environmentPossesses excellent written and verbal abilities, strength in multi-tasking, goal-setting, and prioritizationAbility to build productive business relationships through salesSocial media knowledge for event promotionBachelors Degree in Event Management/Marketing or related field preferredAdvanced skills with Microsoft Office programs
