Description:
The Paid Media Project Manager will play a critical role supporting the affiliate, influencer, and CTV paid media teams on cross-functional and long-lead project timelines + milestones, as well as work closely with other project management individuals elsewhere within marketing & media.
Responsibilities:•Work with the team leads for affiliate, influencer, and CTV to understand long-lead (usually multi-month) project initiatives in order to help scope workback timelines, key milestone dates, and foster deliverable accountability•Steward project timelines from start to finish for timely deliverability•Help triage workflows and project importance based on competing priorities, deadlines, and business impacts•Coordinate any intersectional workflows with peer project management individuals elsewhere in marketing and media, including other paid media teams, ad ops, strategy, and creative•Support cross-functional liaising and interdependent projects working with other teams across the company outside of paid media, such as brand, product, product marketing, analytics, and legal teams•Visualize and communicate project management timelines and deliverables
Basic Qualification:•Previous roject management experience, ideally in a paid media or marketing environment•Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills•Familiarity with project management SaaS tools, including but not limited to Airtable, Box, Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel & PowerPoint), and Google Apps (particularly Sheets & Slides)•Familiarity with streaming and/or entertainment businesses strongly preferred•College degree or equivalent experience required
Preferred Qualifications:•Prior experience working in Media, Entertainment, or Technology industries preferred•CSM certification is preferred•PMP certification is a plus
Required Education:Bachelor's Degree required
