MARKETING ASSISTANT at Idaho Division of Human Resources in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description MARKETING ASSISTANT Posting Begin Date: 2024/05/30 Posting End Date: 2024/06/13 Category: Administrative Asst Sub Category: Office and Administrative Support Work Type: Full Time Location: Boise, ID, United States Minimum Salary: 18.00 Maximum Salary: 20.00 Pay Rate Type: Hourly Description The Idaho Lottery is looking for a Marketing Assistant to assist the Idaho Lottery Deputy Director of Marketing and the Idaho Lottery Marketing Division in producing, coordinating, and distributing a wide range of marketing communication and materials to support the initiatives of the Idaho Lottery. Example of Duties + Assist the Lottery in printing, sorting, and mailing marketing materials. + Assist in trafficking advertisements in various channels as requested. + Clean and maintaining marketing storage and production areas. + Assist in filing duties as requested. + Assist in posting new campaign materials. + Take notes and distribute as required in Marketing brainstorm sessions/meetings. + Inventory premium items as needed. + Assist with staffing and setting up promotional events as needed. + Pick up signs and out-of-house print jobs. + Assist the entire lottery marketing team as requested. + Occasional photography and videoing for social media content + Helping monitor social media DMs and comments. + Ordering paper and maintaining printer. + Basic CRM (Customer Relation Management) assistance. + Coordinate, strategize and fulfill Idaho Lottery loyalty program sweepstakes and purchasables. + Assist loyalty program members as needed. + Print, mail, and manage loyalty program membership cards. + Coordinate and conduct Classroom Wishlist Committee meetings. + Coordinate with teachers and order Classroom Wishlist items. + Assist Community Ambassadors with Do Good activities. + Other duties as requested. Minimum Qualifications Good knowledge of: + Office support functions including word processing, filling, composing a variety of business documents + Gathering and compiling data + Balancing and coordinating a workload for multiple projects Minimum Qualification Specialties: + Experience with computer systems, data entry, and be proficient with Microsoft computer programs such as Word and Excel + Organizational skills + Detailed oriented Preferred Qualifications: + Experience with Creative Cloud and other imaging software related to file formats and functions and converting various formats for web use + Experience with using task/collaboration software such as Asana or Teams + Experience using a customer relationship management software + Experience using bindery and copy equipment Supplemental Information Hiring information To be hired, candidates: Must successfully pass criminal, credit, and public records background checks conducted by the Idaho Lottery Must successfully pass pre-employment and random ongoing drug tests Hiring is done without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age or disability.
