Responsibilities
Walter P Moore is seeking a bright, energetic, self-motivated individual with the requisite skill set to join our national consulting engineering practice as a Marketing Coordinator for Infrastructure Group Services. In this role, the qualified individual will serve multiple offices coordinating responses to Request for Qualifications / Proposals (RFQs / RFPs), preparing various marketing packages, assisting in the development of marketing materials, and performing some outside business development activities. In addition, this new team member should possess a strong "can-do" attitude, excellent writing skills, and a collaborative spirit.In this position, the qualified individual will have the following responsibilities for the Civil, Public Works, and Traffic Engineering Groups within the Infrastructure Division:RFQ/RFP preparation and support activities
Coordination of positioning materials and activitiesManagement of marketing database (Unanet by Cosential) contentMarketing collateral and resource development, including project information sheets and resumesProject data gathering and organizational activitiesBusiness development research and reporting activitiesCoordination with Marketing Coordinators and Specialists in various offices and service groupsRepresent Walter P Moore in professional organization involvement and other outside activitiesCoordination of events and business development / marketing activitiesOther duties as assignedQualifications
Bachelor's degree required - Writing, Communications, or Marketing preferredCompetence in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointProficient in Adobe Creative Suite; specifically, Acrobat, Photoshop, and InDesignAbility to write clearly, succinctly, and quicklyAbility to plan, organize, and execute multiple tasksAbility to coordinate with a team of professionals on a variety of proposals and submittals across various officesMinimum 2-3 years of experience in the proposal coordination and preparation process, AEC (Architectural / Engineering / Construction) industry specific experience preferredMotivated self-starter with good follow through on assignmentsExcellent organizational and overall communication skillsGraphics experience a plusWalter P Moore is an equal employment opportunity employer, and provides equal employment opportunities (including offering competitive compensation and benefit packages) to all employees and applicants for employment.
