The Role

Are you passionate about investment content and data that educates and tells a compelling story around how our investment teams deliver value for our clients? If so, join the Managed Accounts & Model Portfolios Marketing team where our mission is to champion the investment talents and capabilities behind Fidelity s solutions in this rapidly growing and evolving space.

As a Portfolio Communications Associate, you ll work closely with marketing, data, product, and investment teams to develop investment reporting, communications, and content that deliver insights on markets, investment performance, and portfolio trading and positioning. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a collaborative culture, is interested in deepening their investment expertise, and enjoys working across functions to manage projects and produce data, visualizations, and messaging that supports the investment team and strengthens the client experience.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
  • Bachelor s Degree

  • 1-2+ years of experience working in financial services industry, ideally in a marketing, communications, data analyst, data production or project management capacity

  • Knowledge of financial services and/or investment products

  • Highly organized with strong project management skills, enabling the ability to prioritize multiple projects and handle fast paced timelines

  • Strong verbal communication skills and comfort collaborating across all levels, including senior investment professionals

  • Excellent writing skills and able to express sophisticated investment concepts through clear, compelling messaging that will resonate with investors

  • Proficient with Excel and querying data; able to use formulas, pivot tables, and other tools to manipulate large quantities of data

  • Proficient with PowerPoint; able to translate data into clear, compelling charts and visualizations

  • Experience with Workfront, Seismic, and/or Tableau preferred

  • Ability to be flexible and adaptive to changing content requirements, workflows, and new technology applications

Fidelity's working model
