Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Data Analytics / Product Manager to join our team. This hybrid role combines expertise in marketing data analysis with strong product management skills. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to shape and drive marketing strategies and product decisions, enhancing both customer engagement and product performance.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Data Analytics:

  1. Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data from various sources including core systems, CRM, social media, and web analytics platforms.
    • Develop and deliver actionable insights through regular and ad hoc reports to support marketing campaigns, research, and business decisions.
    • Utilize data visualization tools to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  2. Campaign Performance Monitoring:
    • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in campaign performance to optimize strategies and tactics.
  3. Market Research:
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
    • Analyze competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.
  4. Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop data-driven marketing strategies.
    • Provide recommendations for improving ROI based on data insights.

Product Management:

  1. Product Strategy & Development:
    • Define and drive the product roadmap based on market needs, customer feedback, and business objectives.
    • Work with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to develop and launch new products or features.
  2. Market and User Research:
    • Gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify product opportunities and challenges.
    • Conduct competitive analysis to inform product positioning and differentiation.
  3. Product Lifecycle Management:
    • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept through launch and post-launch performance.
    • Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  4. Stakeholder Communication:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related matters.
    • Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders and ensure alignment with marketing and business objectives.

Qualifications
Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred.

Experience:

  • 7-10 years of experience in marketing data analytics and/or product management.
  • Proven track record of managing data-driven marketing campaigns and product development projects.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL, Tableau, Excel).
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels.
  • Experience with product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
