Rapidly growing Contract Food Service Comapny is adding a Project Manager to our Corporate Sales Team!

Essential Functions:

* Assist with developing budgets for proposals* Manage schedule and deadlines for proposals* Decompose and translate RFP requirements into compliance matrix, annotate proposal outline and content plan* Lead and manage cross-functional teams involved in the process to produce quality, winning proposals and provide necessary data for the customer to evaluate the proposal easily and effectively* Establish and maintain positive working relationships with project stakeholders* Coordinate the development of all proposal materials* Manage proposal content, including assessment of quality and form* Work with creative departments to develop win strategies, source content, and graphics* Maintain and update all proposal procedures, templates, checklists, forms and other artifacts* Additional duties assigned by upper management

Qualifications and Skills:

*Exceptional facilitation and organization skills to lead cross-functional proposal teams.*Broad understanding of enterprise and technical architecture concepts and digital technologies such as cloud, SaaS, IT infrastructure, application software, system security*Expert in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products*Working knowledge and skills in using document repositories like SharePoint*Strong leadership, team development and management skills*Strong project management skills*Detail oriented with a strong focus on results*Strong process orientation.*Ability to be the internal and external point of contact, and brief team members including management*Strong analytical, written, and oral communication and presentation skills*Ability to take initiative, multi-task and work well under pressure*Ability to pass a criminal background check

Qualifications, Education and Experience:

*BS or BA degree in business or related major or equitable work experience*Minimum of 7+ years related experience*Eligible to work in the U.S*Experience with managing proposal activities in state or federal government environment*Experience in driving and improving processes, quality, and throughout.*Training or certification in proposal writing or processes (APMP, Shipley, etc.)
