* Oversee daily operations, customer service, vendor services, inventory, writing repair orders.* remedy customer complaints promptly* ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required* Three or more years of experience in a customer service position for automotive is necessary* Knowledge of the automotive industry and trends* Possess a state-issued driver's license and clean driving record to operate vehicles* Strong communication skills; a track record of leadership
