Job Summary:

The Customer Support Communications Coordinator supports the Customer Support team with internal communications, training and documentation. The ideal candidate is creative, collaborative and resourceful, with outstanding writing skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Plan, write, and edit internal team communications; update as requiredCompile and support with the analysis of internal and external customer feedback (surveys, emails, etc.)Work cross-departmentally to compile, write, edit and update talking points, scripts, and/or supporting documentation related to IAPP products and initiativesAct as liaison to other departments; keep current on Marketing campaign and communication schedules/timetables, and inform Customer Support representatives as neededCreate and manage templates and standardized responses for Customer Support representativesCreate and maintain Customer Support documentations related to updated, standard processes and overhauls within the team online workspacesCreate and manage reporting from Salesforce, email system, Help Desk as neededWork with Customer Support leadership team to develop team training materials and communications, and assist with ongoing CS staff training

Work Environment
