We're currently hiring for our next Associate Communications Manager, Social Media & Digital Engagement, to work with our teams across federal, state, and local government client accounts.

**The Team**

We are a team of digital engagement communication strategists and specialists working together to provide our clients with social media management, content writing, social listening, metrics reporting, digital engagement strategies and training.

**The Work**

You will play a key role in managing the day-to-day activities of digital strategies across social media, paid social, paid search, and programmatic display channels. You will manage a team of specialists and strategists, collaborating closely with internal teams and clients, who are dedicated to public health, behavior change, and social good, to develop campaigns that drive transformation and improve lives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Supervise a team of potentially 3-5 direct reports.

+ Guide and coach junior staff and creative services specialists on industry best practices.

+ Serve as a subject matter expert in digital marketing.

+ Provide written and oral feedback on employee performance.

+ Manage projects from concept to execution, including planning, budgeting, and progress tracking.

+ Work closely with account teams and clients to develop and execute organic and paid social and digital media strategy.

+ Create social media content, including copy and image assets and work with creative teams on social media best practices.

+ Lead and oversee the development and implementation of influencer marketing programs for federal and state agencies.

+ Manage analytics for clients' programs and provide recommendations for improvement.

+ Compile and present detailed reports for client leadership, highlighting ROI and KPIs, and explain insights to ensure clear understanding and strategic alignment.

+ Develop social listening reports and analyze social volume, trends, and conversations.

+ Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and tasks on a day-to-day basis.

+ Support new business capture and assist with contract scoping recommendations.

+ Ability to work independently, seek help as needed and contribute to team and company culture.

+ Be a creative thinker and problem solver.

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in communications or marketing; or equivalent relevant experience

+ 3 years of relevant experience in Agency in a social/digital medial role or brand experience in-house in a social/digital role.

+ Must be US Citizen due to federal contract.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Experience working with paid media.

+ Demonstrated experience with social media platform management, content development, analytics and listening tools.

+ Experience working in highly regulated industries or with government agencies to build social media communications plans.

+ Experience developing public health plans and strategies.

+ Strong writing and presentation skills.

+ Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft word.

**Pay Range**

- There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$69,862.00 - $118,765.00
