Job Description

Dedicated marketing professional with 6+ years of project management with an emphasis on strategy, and social media engagement.

Fluent in English and Spanish with a proven track record to drive impactful campaigns

and initiatives. Experience with Latin American culture is a plus.Clearly understand and communicate project objectives and goals.Organize the needed resources to meet project requirements.Ensure projects adhere to Church processes and policies equivalent to the sphere of work.Engage when multiple deliverables coalesce into a cohesive whole and end-to-end management is needed.Responsibilities

Use marketing tactics to specific tasks to be able to execute strategy and accomplish goals.Assist with the creation of initiatives through social media and content to drive impactful campaigns.Understands, coordinates, and manages client and resource team expectations.Uses standard processes to ensure projects include all the work required to complete the project successfully within the approved budget.Help gather research and develop "go to market" strategies.Maintain a big-picture understanding of FamilySearch updates and the most effective communication strategies and channels, for both external and internal audiences.Work closely with various teams, ecclesiastical areas in Latin America.Coordinate and support department initiatives and area requests for localized content, aligning with overall strategy and brand.Assist in FamilySearch events and trainings, as needed.Apply inter-department metrics to develop a solid understanding of FamilySearch experiences to engage patrons in new ways.Lead and manage various vendors in Latin America.Qualifications

Requires a Bachelors degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experienceRequires a bachelor's degree in a related fieldMarketing Strategy Certificate, PMP or other project management certification recognized in specific industries preferred.Minimum 6 years (prefer 8+) of work experience in related field, including managing a scope of projects with many deliverables in Spanish and Portuguese.Proficiency in a project management system, for example Monday.com, Work Front, Microsoft and Adobe products.
