About the role

The Sr. Strategic Marketing Manager for the Supplements category in North America plays a key leadership role in Kerrys global Proactive Health marketing team. This role is responsible for driving the North American strategy for the Supplements category by leveraging deep expertise in the market. The role focuses on gathering insights, content development, digital media strategy, customer engagement, and evaluating market opportunities to accelerate Kerrys growth in the supplements industry.

Key responsibilities

Category Strategy & Market Insights

Lead the development of the North American Supplements category strategy through detailed analysis of consumer trends, market conditions, and competitive insights. Leverage industry expertise to create actionable strategies aligned with Kerrys overall objectives.

Content Development & Digital Media

Create compelling, market-specific content for North America, including digital media campaigns, sales tools, and customer engagement materials. Partner with the digital marketing team to elevate Kerrys presence in the supplements market via optimized digital initiatives.

Customer Engagement & Presentations

Develop and deliver impactful presentations and marketing collateral that address customer needs in the supplements space. Lead customer engagement initiatives, aligning them with Kerrys value propositions, both virtually and in person.

Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution

Convert the supplements category strategy into robust go-to-market plans. Collaborate with the North American commercial team for smooth execution, ensuring plans meet market needs and drive business results.

Market Assessments & Growth Opportunities

Conduct thorough market assessments to identify growth opportunities, new routes to market, and competitive advantages. Support M&A evaluations and strategic partnerships by contributing to market analysis and integration planning.

Event Management

Oversee Kerrys event participation strategy at key industry events, trade shows, and conferences to maximize engagement and highlight leadership in the supplements sector.

Reporting & Stakeholder Communication

Provide regular reports on key marketing initiatives, business performance, and insights to senior leadership. Collaborate on strategic business analyses to support new growth opportunities.

Qualifications and skills

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Masters preferred).

Minimum of 8+ years of relevant marketing experience, with a focus on the supplements or nutraceutical industry.

Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing category strategies and go-to-market plans within the supplements market.

Proven experience in content creation and digital marketing.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex strategies for internal and external audiences.

Strong leadership and collaboration abilities in a cross-functional, matrixed organization.

Up to 30% travel required.
