Are you ready to help Amazon shape the future of eCommerce shipping? Amazon is looking for a driven, entrepreneurial, and analytical Senior Campaign Manager to support an new start-up transportation business as we scale up in the US. The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical and hands-on problem solver with a proven track record of successfully managing B2B lead generation. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing scalable marketing strategies across paid and organic media, paid search, events, and webinars to drive highly qualified leads for sales.

Key job responsibilities

Responsibilities will include:

• Run marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end

• Launch and manage campaigns across multiple channels, often in partnership with third-party agencies

• Create high-quality, engaging communications and copy, including email, social posts, landing pages, and others

• Report performance of marketing campaigns, assess against goals, and optimize key metrics across the campaign lifecycle

• Establish and continually improve scalable processes that ensure best practices and operational efficiency in campaign and lead management

• Partner across Sales and Marketing teams to deliver work on time and on budget

• Develop test plans to refine messaging and drive engagement and conversion uplift

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

5+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages

Preferred Qualifications

Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners

Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
