We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Assistant to join client team. In this role, you will support our clients marketing and sales efforts by developing engaging content, implementing innovative marketing strategies, and managing key branding initiatives. You will also play a critical role in coordinating corporate events, maintaining customer records, and providing exceptional customer service. salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
Develop and manage marketing content, including email campaigns, social media posts, website updates, blogs, case studies, and newsletters.
Plan, test, and execute new marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Manage branding initiatives, promotional materials, merchandise, print collateral, corporate presentations, advertising, and photography.
Prepare reports and data for monthly sales and management meetings.
Update and maintain customer records in the company database.
Coordinate corporate events, including holiday parties and charitable functions, handling logistics such as invitations, venue arrangements, and accommodations.
Provide customer service and administrative support to improve client relations.
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to identify future business opportunities.
Support the sales team with research on potential and existing clients.
Assist in organizing and coordinating tradeshow events.
