Worldwide Amazon Private Brands (APB) builds great brands and products that customers love and trust (e.g. Amazon Basics and Amazon Essentials), while driving incremental long-term benefit for Amazon. APB seeks to become the preferred selection for our customers due to the wide offer across different categories of high-quality products at everyday low prices.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager for Site Merchandising on the APB Events team that is in charge of leading APB execution of High Velocity Events (HVEs) and Seasonal Events for our customers such as Back to School, Prime Day, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday! We work across our US and global partners to deliver exciting offers & deals, a personalized shopping experience, and all-around excitement during the biggest shopping days of the year, helping make Amazon events more attractive to customers.

The candidate will be responsible for executing best-in-class marketing plans to improve customer click through rates for Amazon Private Brands (APB) onsite campaigns in the US. In addition, they will identify new opportunities to feature private brands onsite, and develop an experimentation roadmap to fuel step change level growth during event time periods.

Key job responsibilities

Leading the delivery and execution of Amazon Private Brands marketing events in the US, including driving traffic to deals, and seasonal events participation.

Using analytical insights to create actionable strategies that will help increase teams effectiveness against marketing goals.

Providing insights to drive an informed marketing strategy based on key metrics, historical data, and trend reporting.

Flawlessly executing marketing campaigns, running A/B tests to optimize creative and campaign targeting.

Owning reporting of key marketing metrics to the leadership team and broader organization, including customer acquisition and retention.

Earning trust and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholder teams to drive program support.

Basic Qualifications

3+ years of product management experience

Experience managing technical products or online services

Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level

Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
