The Product Marketing Specialist – Automotive Aftermarket is responsible for supporting the offering management related activities within Mobile Air Conditioning (MAC) business unit within Fluorine Products. Specific focus will be on the automotive aftermarket and new product introduction programs.

As a Product Marketing Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the offering management function. You will be responsible for developing and executing offering strategies to drive growth and profitability. Your strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywell's business.

Relocation assistance is offered for this role to sit in Mason OH, Morris Plains NJ, Atlanta GA, or Charlotte NC.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

Develop new ideas for new product introductions to accelerate growth and profitability

Manage NPI roadmap to ensure NPI vitality over the STRAP period

Lead NPI projects in the region

Report NPI financial metrics to management

Run the NPI gate review process

Conduct VOCs and develop key relationships across the value chain

Utilize marketing toolkit including value propositions, SAM, TAM, GTM strategies, value chain mapping and segmentation to evaluate new opportunities

Work cross functionally with customer marketing, sales, R&D, finance and ISC

Support creation of AOP and STRAP by providing strategic forecasts and market intelligence for NPI projects

Develop US aftermarket value chain identifying profit pools and figuring out ways to extract more value from the chain

Identify ways to create customer loyalty through advertising, rebate programs and marketing campaigns

Conduct market research and create updates to highlight key trends and to drive conclusions and actionable recommendations for the business

Create aftermarket pricing schemes to maximize value and drive new product adoption

Research competitor’s offerings and market position and identify strategies to protect and gain share

Prepare and present project and marketing updates to senior management

MUST HAVE

2-3 years experience in a similar role in the automotive industry

Proven marketing and strategic initiatives, analytical, and implementation skills

Go-to-market and new product launch experience

Bachelors degree preferably in an analytical (e.g. economics, math, engineering, marketing, management, etc) or technical discipline (e.g. chemistry, engineering).
