HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

The Technical Design Coordinator will work with the Technical Design team in a supportive role. This role typically reports into the Technical Design Manager or Sr. Technical designer in an on-site work

environment. Duties include but not limited to the below details:

50%: PLM System/Development Support

· System support during development- assigning set component numbers

· Link set component numbers in PLM and manage linking communication

· Run and compile reports as requested

30%: Administrative/Clerical

· Provide administrative and logistical support for department

· Order supplies as needed, keeping department stocked and organized

· Schedule meetings as needed during development

· Create and maintain presentation material ie powerpoint

· Support maintaining Technical Design manuals

· Project support

· Support team in measuring sample for fittings

20%: Calendar administration and maintenance

· Maintain/update development calendars for all seasons

WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF:

Must have skills:

· Software Skills:

o Microsoft 365 including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

o Adobe Suite software, including Illustrator, Acrobat and Photoshop (preferred)

o PLM or similar software (preferred)

· Advanced Verbal and Written Communication

· Excellent time management and organizational skills

Ability to managing multiple and shifting priorities

· Data Analytics and Interpretations

· Basic garment construction knowledge a plus, but not required

Education - Bachelor’s degree

Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0(3.2 GPA or higher strongly preferred)

Required to have graduated within 6 months of class start date

Must be able to start in the role full time by January 2025.
