Senior UX Designer

Vasion offers a flexible working environment for our 300+ employees across the world, including at our global headquarters in St. George, Utah, or in one of our other offices in the UK, Germany, and Lehi, Utah.POSITION SUMMARYThe Senior UX Designer is a leader within the organization, partnering with product management and engineering to design and build products that delight users. You will take ownership of a key value stream in the business, obsessing over your user’s problems and collaborating with engineering and product management to solve those problems in a creative way. You are responsible for driving adoption of best practices in user research, prototyping, experimentation, and user experience. Your collaboration extends beyond your immediate team to cross functional groups including sales, marketing, and customer success. You are responsible for the outcomes of your product, including adoption and engagement and are granted autonomy to figure out how.
