Marketing Manager

Haymarket Media, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team. This position is located in our New York, NY office, with two days on-site (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) and three days remote.

We are home to three premier business media brands: PRWeek, Campaign, and MM+M. Each brand hosts a range of high-profile events, including awards, conferences, and summits, attracting top professionals and industry leaders. We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager with over three years of experience to drive marketing initiatives, boost event revenue, and support our sales teams.

Responsibilities include:Event Marketing: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote entry and ticket revenue for our prestigious events.PRWeek: PRWeek Awards, Crisis Comms, Healthcare Conference + Awards, Women of Distinction, PRDecoded, Purpose Awards, 40 Under 40, Hall of Fame.Campaign: Agency of the Year, Inspiring Women, Brand Entertainment Awards, 40 Over 40, BIG Awards, Convene Conference.MM+M: 40 Under 40, Pinnacle Awards, Transform, Women of Distinction, MM+M Awards, Media Summit.

Social Media Management: Create and manage engaging content across multiple social media platforms to increase brand awareness, drive event attendance and deliver on commercial activations.Sales Team Support: Collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing collateral, promotional campaigns, and targeted outreach initiatives to support their efforts.Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.Develop and execute targeted messaging strategies that align with campaign objectives, ensuring that each communication resonates with the intended audience and drives desired actions.Utilize data-driven insights to select and segment target audiences, tailoring messages to specific business demographics, and content engagement to maximize engagement and conversion rates.Create compelling and visually appealing email campaigns, from drafting persuasive copy to designing layouts, that effectively communicate the brand's message and encourage customer interaction and loyalty.Timeline Management: Ensure timely execution of marketing plans and campaigns, coordinating schedules and deadlines to meet project goals efficiently.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in event marketing or media industry.Proven track record of successful social media management and content creation.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of SEM, paid social media and digital advertising strategies.Familiarity with basic graphic design software (e.g. Canva) is a plus.What We Offer:
