The Social Innovation team is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed Sr. Marketing Manager, Content Partnerships to lead full-funnel creator content strategy across owned social channels (paid, organic) and creator channels, collaborating closely with internal teams and stakeholders. The individual in this role dives deep to gather data on high-converting and emerging trends and categories in order to craft creator content strategy for key retail priorities. As the creator content lead on the team, this individual is responsible for managing creator partnerships end-to-end and optimizing creator content strategy across the creator spectrum (micro to macro creators), while also partnering internally with stakeholder teams. They will also focus on content experimentation, document results and employ learnings to further optimize our content strategy. Externally, this individual will own the relationship and drive our briefing process with our agency partner, who supports creator contracting and project management of content. Finally, this individual will also contribute to our team incubator, which is responsible for generating and implementing the strategy/tactics for new innovative opportunities, creating captivating consumer-centric marketing moments that go beyond the world of content.

This critical team member will demonstrate deep ownership and an ability to earn and maintain trust with partner teams. They exhibit bias for action in their ability to tackle problems, anticipating potential blockers and escalating when necessary. They are able to prioritize effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment, while also maintaining meticulous attention to detail, and they are a clear and concise communicator across all levels of leadership. This individual is also a subject matter expert when it comes to creator content, partnerships, influencer marketing, and social media.

Key job responsibilities

Craft creator content strategy and roadmap that meets NASM priorities and key moments in the retail calendar

Work with legal to issue contracts and manage monthly payments process

Manage agency workstream, including creating monthly content briefs to create content for TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, Pinterest, and YouTube; review content and work with agency to integrate feedback

Manage relationship with internal teams to source and launch content; create mechanisms/SOPs to improve content creation and management and identify content synergies when applicable

Contribute to macro-creator deals; strategize larger macro-level creator partnership and storytelling opportunities for NASM while working with the organic social team for content storytelling opportunities

Analyze performance data and draw content insights; report on campaign and SMA performance and present learnings/results in NASM business reviews

Develop a content experimentation roadmap, in partnership with key stakeholders, identifying and ideating on emerging social trends to test

Manage creator partnerships program end-to-end, engaging and informing internal/external stakeholders when relevant

Contribute to incubator team (and lead initiatives within) that is dedicated to surfacing new, innovative marketing opportunities, creating buzzworthy strategies and tactics that go beyond social content (e.g. experiential moments, etc.)

Author inputs on behalf of Social Innovation to business-wide integrated marketing plans, strategy documents, and post-mortems

Basic Qualifications

6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

Experience communicating results to senior leadership

Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence teams and stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
