Are you a seasoned Business Analyst with a background in Network and Telecommunications Services? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
We're a leading company in the industry, seeking a Business Analyst 5 to join our dynamic team. You'll be responsible for receiving, processing, and presenting data related to our weekly Service Requests (Infrastructure Service Requests). You'll also gather business and technical requirements during client kick-off meetings and consult with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on tasks required to complete integrated projects for all Telecommunication services. This includes WAN, WLAN, MLAN, Security, Contact/Call Centers, Telephony, and Video. You'll also manage multiple projects based on Agency assignments.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate client meetings to gather requirements for all IT solutions and identify impacted business processes to determine the best process and IT solution integration.Obtain and report business and technical requirements.Facilitate review sessions to discuss projects.Deliver excellent customer service and communication.Work with multiple network platforms, including WAN, MLAN, WLAN, Security, Voice, and Videoconferencing.Effectively disseminate information to all technical teams, customers, and technical managers.Understand a large (enterprise) and complex network environment.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor's Degree.Excellent organization and prioritization skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Previous experience working with multiple agencies and/or vendors and/or departments in an enterprise environment.1-3 years experience with Clarity (preferred).3-5 years experience with Microsoft Project and Excel.2-3 years experience with DevOps (preferred).3-5 years experience with Remedy/Helix.3-5 years experience in a Telecommunications environment.3-5 years experience in a large Enterprise setting.3-5 years work experience with multiple network platforms.3-5 years working with multiple network lines of service.5+ years dealing with customers.
