Overview

AARP Services, Inc., founded in 1999, is a wholly-owned taxable subsidiary of AARP. AARP Services manages the provider relationships for and performs quality control oversight of the wide range of products and services that carry the AARP name and are made available by independent providers as benefits to AARP's millions of members. The provider offers currently span health products, financial products, travel and leisure products, and life event services. Specific products include Medicare supplemental insurance; credit cards, auto and home, mobile home and motorcycle insurance, life insurance and annuities; member discounts on rental cars, cruises, vacation packages and lodging; special offers on technology and gifts; pharmacy services and legal services. AARP Services also engages in new product development activities for AARP and provides certain consulting services to outside companies.

The Digital Marketing Technoloy Manager evaluates and defines business requirements to establish precise specifications and standards. They manage the deployment, implementation, and integration of cloud-based applications, ensuring compliance with information security standards. Additionally, they collaborate with management to identify opportunities for streamlining technology processes and develop new procedures that support the business unit or department.

Responsibilities

Manages all aspects of web infrastructure security, priorities, and ongoing departmental cyber security work. Proposes and develops solutions.Administers all aspects of web infrastructure including architecture, operations, troubleshooting, and automation.Responds to and solves critical security incidents in real time to protect the organization's members and brand.Configures, administers, and maintains the Pivotal Cloud Foundry application platform.Evaluates, tests, and implements new security infrastructure solutions/technologies.Develops, documents, and evangelizes infrastructure security best practices and guidelines.Collaborates and partners with Information Security to ensure highest level of security for infrastructure.Qualifications

3+ years of experience in data-driven digital marketing, specializing in digital technologies and platforms.In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and AdTech technologies including identity resolution, clean rooms, customer data platforms, advertising platforms and networks, DSPs/SSPs, ad exchanges, Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics, marketing automation, and audience orchestration.Thorough understanding of the marketing ecosystem, particularly how data is utilized and interconnected across platforms for targeting and measurement purposes.Proficiency in leveraging both online and offline data for marketing and analytics purposes, with a strong grasp of the infrastructure and processes necessary to manage and mobilize data effectively. Familiarity with industry vendors is also required.Proven project management skills, including the development of comprehensive project plans and the successful management of strategic projects involving internal teams and clients.Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with clients and key stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field from an accredited college or university.Preferred:

Demonstrated proficiency and hands-on experience with MarTech/AdTech platforms, including CDPs, onboarding partners, marketing automation etc.Additional Requirements

Hybrid Work Environment

AARP observes Mondays and Fridays as remote workdays, except for essential functions. Remote work can only be done within the United States and its territories.
