We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Communications Senior Manager to build and enhance Forefront Dermatology's culture and our overall patient and team member experience. As Communications Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and promoting an internal culture that aligns with the our s mission and influencing internal and external perceptions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to Forefront's growth and success by managing the company's reputation and brand, providing leadership and creative insights, crisis response, client and team member engagement, content creation, channel management, community engagement, strategy development, and communication services.

Responsibilities• Partner with leaders in Forefront Dermatology, the CPO, and Human Resource functions to develop & execute people, engagement, and employment communication strategies.• Develop and implement internal communications that support Forefront Dermatology's key strategies, ensuring alignment with people objectives and overall business goals.• Collaborate across all functions to set measurable goals and report results to leaders at various levels, including working with Human Resources to utilize employee data in communications planning, town hall and other innovative communication channels.• Bring best practice and creativity to how, when, where and to whom we communicate various topics and initiatives across Forefront.• Direct, create and drive key communications strategies, offering consultation and executing necessary tactics.• Oversee communications, ensuring message consistency and the successful execution of priority initiatives driven by the CPO and Human Resources function.• Lead the development and implementation of organizational culture and engagement strategies, aligning them with broader people strategies and employment objectives.• Represent the team and fill in for others as needed.• Independently identify opportunities, find solutions, and resolve challenges to deliver impactful results.

Qualifications• Experience executing on innovative and effective communications technology, techniques and methods for a variety of audiences.• Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and accurate content for diverse internal and external audiences.• Experience in change communications and the ability to align employee-centered messages with complex communication strategies.• Ability to communicate clearly, simplify messages, and align them with organizational strategy.• Understanding of communication channels and the ability to build effective communication and engagement strategies.• Strong management skills, including strategy and visioning, change management, resource management, and sound judgment.• Excellent interpersonal skills, including presentation, negotiation, persuasion, team facilitation, constructive feedback, and written communication.• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.• An attitude that embraces change, critical questioning, innovation, service, and continuous improvement.• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions without complete information.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.• Proficiency in creating visual content using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and or Canva.
