Position Overview:* We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join the Corporate Communications' Digital and Design team with a strong background in creating static graphics and culture-driving campaigns, with a particular focus on digital media, social and email campaigns.* The ideal candidate will possess skills in animation and the ability to bring creative ideas to life.* This role involves collaborating with various teams to produce engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop visually appealing and cohesive graphic designs for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, email marketing, and other digital platforms.- Create print assets including banners, posters, infographics, and promotional materials.- Produce animations and motion graphics for use in video content, social media campaigns, and other multimedia projects.- Collaborate with Digital and Design team members as well as Purpose and Investor Relations Communications teams to conceptualize and execute design strategies that align with overall brand and campaign goals.- Manage and prioritize multiple projects with varying deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design outputs.- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in graphic design and animation.- Create on-brand templates, as well as implement and create guidelines for internal and social communications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in static graphics, digital campaigns, and animation.- Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.). Experience with Canva and Google Slides is a plus.- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.- Experience in motion graphics and animation techniques, with the ability to produce animated content.- Curiosity about how design drives impactful communications to key audiences and a desire to iterate based on data-driven decision making- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Creativity and innovation

Preferred Qualifications:* Experience working in an agency, health / wellness, or Client corporate environment.* Knowledge of video editing software is a plus.* Project management experience.* Copywriting experience is a plus
