Duration: 6 Months Contract Job Description:In this role, you will be responsible for creating high quality responses to RFPs and RFIs. You will collaborate with Cross Functional Leads and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure the delivery of compelling and accurate proposals that align with client needs. Responsibilities:Oversee the entire proposal development process, from initial concept to final submission.Work closely with Cross Functional Leads and SMEs to collect necessary information, such as project details, client requirements, and technical specifications.Effectively manage against deadlines by owning overall progress and completion of the RFP, clearly communicating deadlines to key stakeholders, and escalating any barriers which put timely RFP completion at-risk. Experience:Healthcare industry RFP experience, preferably with medical devicesExcellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, compelling, and persuasive proposals.Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all documents.Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Ability to adapt and respond to feedback, continuously improving proposal content.Draft, edit, and format proposals, ensuring clarity, consistency, and professionalism.Maintain an organized repository of all proposals, RFPs and RFIs, including templates, past proposals, and supporting documents.Work closely with Cross Functional Leads and SMEs to collect necessary information, such as project details, client requirements, and technical specifications.Effectively manage against deadlines by owning overall progress and completion of the RFP, clearly communicating deadlines to key stakeholders, and escalating any barriers which put timely RFP completion at-risk.Ensure all proposals comply with client requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
