Position Summary:

The Digital Marketing Analyst manages the technical execution of marketing campaigns with creative marketing input across Crypto.com Arena, Peacock Theater, L.A. LIVE and creative affiliated brands' digital marketing channels, including but not limited to email, website and mobile. This role is responsible working with various digital marketing technologies and tools, including technical discussions with vendors and an internal development team, to robust campaigns and account architecture documentation. The analyst will champion the importance of data and the use of insights to improve business decision making. This will include the use of measurement frameworks and the identification of KPIs to the ROI of initiatives and tactics across all channels, primarily email and digital marketing. To increase the accuracy of reporting, data insights, and fan identification this role will assist in the implementation of a web analytics platform, to support enhanced capabilities for website tagging, tracking, retargeting, and revenue attribution models. Provide support for fan engagement, database segmentation, driving data acquisition solutions, delivering hands-on reporting and analysis, and telling the end-to-end data and digital story to deliver business results.

Essential Duties:

Create and execute digital marketing email campaigns using AEG's suite of tools, including the Email Service Provider (presently Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and any mobile marketing platforms through the use of HTML and CSS coding.

Support the venue marketing teams to create segmented audiences and personalized experiences based on insight and execute targeted marketing campaigns to develop fan experience, brand engagement and ultimately increased ticket sales and ancillary sales for our events.

Design customer journeys and build the associated automated communications using AMPscript and light SQL coding for a dynamic and personalized fan experience.

Craft marketing copy including but not limited to subject lines, titles, pre-headers and email copy. Make minor adjustments to graphics for use in email templates.

Work with the CRM Manager to keep AEG and its businesses at the forefront of live entertainment technology. Research and propose the adoption of new technologies and strategies to enhance the customer experience and fan engagement.

With an in-depth understanding of analytics and audience management, create A/B tests on campaign content and creative elements to improve KPIs and overall engagement. Perform post-campaign analysis and suggest further improvements to support business objectives.

Work with the Data, Strategy, & Analytics team to develop, analyze and present adhoc, multi-channel, and multi-touch (content) reporting across all sources; delivering business insights and recommendations to the businesses.

Provide innovation, gather requirements, and deliver advice to the businesses to enhance the use of existing digital solutions to support the businesses goals and their CRM and CEM strategies.

Oversee QA and end to end testing of email campaigns, frequently used templates, and data capture for UX and compliance with governmental regulations.

Perform audits to identify gaps in web analytics, website tagging, tracking, retargeting, functionality, and analytical reporting Make recommendations to improve these capabilities over time. Assist in the implementation and drive best-practice end-to-end tagging solution design and data flow architecture across multiple channels, platforms, and data sources, while ensuring adherence to guidelines and taxonomy.

Required Qualifications:

A minimum education level of: Bachelor of Arts/Sciences Degree (4-year) in Digital Marketing or a related field.

2-4 years of related work experience.

Strong working knowledge in HTML, CSS, and SQL.

Demonstrated experience and success in managing complex and high-volume email campaigns across multiple brands.

Expert knowledge of various enterprise email marketing service providers (ESPs); experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.

Deep knowledge of digital and web analytics tools (Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager/Coremetrics/Adobe Analytics/Microsoft Power BI), approaches, and best practices particularly within the context of implementing solutions and measuring the ROI on integrated, multi-channel, content marketing programs.

Experience working with Photoshop and AMPscript a plus.

Flexible to work outside standard business hours, as needed.

Pay Scale : $67,000 - $86,747
