Job Summary:

Milan Laser is looking for a strong web developer who has a background in frontend development, with expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as extensive experience with React.js. As a Senior Web Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications and digital platforms, ensuring they are user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing across all devices.

Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable web applications using React, Next.js, and Node.js.Build RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend applications.Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code using TypeScript.Build high-fidelity landing pages from Figma designs, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Optimize application performance and user experience.Implement data storage solutions using NoSQL or SQL databases.Conduct thorough unit testing to ensure code quality.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Utilize FullStory to analyze user behavior and optimize the user experience.Manage code versioning using Git and GitHub.Mentor and guide junior developers.Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in web development.Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a strong understanding of responsive design principles.Strong proficiency in React, React Hooks, Next.js, and Node.jsExperience with NoSQL or SQL databases, authentication mechanisms, and serverless functions.Experience with TypeScript for type-safe JavaScript development and improved code maintainability.Solid understanding of Git and Github for version control and collaborative development workflows.Experience with Agile development methodologies.Strong problem-solving and debugging skillsProven ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Benefits Include:
