Engagement/Service Design Lead- Remote

The Engagement/Service Design Lead will join a team supporting the USDA Food and Nutrition Service innovation initiatives.Position Responsibilities:Develop a customer journey vision and roadmap for UI/UX experience Design and organize communication strategies and interactive service structures Support events and engagement Support development of concepts with the architects Research and collect information to sketch and prototype innovation ideas Work collaboratively with the UI/UX designer and architects to develop pilots Open and collaborative communication across the team to spark innovation
