We are seeking a talented and motivated Creative Graphic Design Intern to join our Internal Communications Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a variety of internal design and video projects that share our culture story and our employer brand. If you have a passion for creating visual experiences that develop strong brands, this opportunity is for you.
Accountabilities:Responsibilities:
Execute graphic design and image/video editing tasks across multiple projectsCollaborate across teams to create compelling design materials, such as email templates, social media graphics, website graphics and internal marketing materialsDevelop fresh an innovative visual content for various platforms that align with our employer branding and standardsAct as resident photographer for Bank events and help create video and other multimedia for internal communication channelsStay ahead of design trends and industry best practices to elevate our visual outputQualifications
:Junior or senior working toward a Bachelor's degree in graphic design, communications or similar field of studyProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Strong understanding of design principles, typography and color theoryAbility to create visually appealing designs and bring brands to lifeExcellent time management and organizational skillsA self-starter with a passion for design and problem-solving*This paid internship runs fulltime from mid-May through mid-August 2025, with the potential to stay on in a full or part-time capacity through May 2026.Compensation Range:Hourly: $22.00 - $22.00 This salary range represents the Bank's good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of hire. Offer to be determined by selected applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills & abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. This role is also eligible to participate in the Bank's annual incentive plan.
As part of our competitive Total Rewards package, the Bank offers 11 paid holidays, 5 weeks of PTO and a work culture that values work/life balance. Most roles are eligible for our hybrid work schedule of 3 days per week in office, 2 days per week work-from-home. We match 100% of the first 6% you contribute to your 401(k), and provide an additional 4% non-discretionary contribution to your 401(k) at the end of year.
