The Visual Rework Employee will play a crucial role in reworking parts that have failed our visual standard. This role involves carefully reviewing and reworking visual elements to align with our visual standard.Key Responsibilities:Rework visual rejections: Collaborate with final to review and rework visual rejections to adhere to our visual standard.Sort rejected product: Sort reworks and group them by rework process required to fix them.Quality Assurance: Clear understanding of our visual standard.Efficiency and Timeliness: Complete visual rework tasks within designated timelines without compromising quality.Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation of all visual rework activities.Required SkillsAttention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Skills/Experience:- Previous experience in a role that requires a strong attention to detail- Proven ability to maintain high-quality standards.
