That’s where you could come in.Our Marketing Coordinator will ensure that our brand is visible and growing. That means this position will write and edit all kinds of content, including blogs, social media posts,verbiage for our website, and other marketing materials such as Trade Show and Career Fair booths. In addition, this role will project manage the work done by others as that impacts marketing - PR, graphics, and the technical part of website development. The project management and coordination of the work of others is why we could see this position growing into a Marketing Manager role as we grow.We are looking for a take charge Marketing Coordinator who:Possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a directly related fieldHas at least two (2) years of Marketing experience, preferably in a construction-related company, ideally in renewable energyHas polished and demonstrable skills in written communication, with the ability to make complex information simple to understand and enticingExcels in teamwork, inspiration, and influence with or without line authorityIs organized, managing time efficiently while being unphased by multiple tasks coming from multiple sources with potential conflicting priorities and deadlinesConsistently demonstrates a strong work ethic and commitment to qualityWill represent us with the professionalism and customer service we’re known for.This won’t be the right opportunity for those who:Lack initiative, drive, and a sense of urgency to be directly involved in Sandbox’s growthAvoid problems or want to be left alone and uninvolvedDrop the ball, or are ok with others doing soCreate or experience a lot of dramaAllow their ego to get in everyone else’s wayWing it - not thinking of the consequences of their actions on othersWe will be accepting applications through September 30th, 2024 with a possible extension.
