SummaryThe Marketing Coordinator will assist with a variety of marketing activities and campaigns to include advertisements, articles in publications and newsletters, social media posting, website maintenance, award submissions, company events, company store, conferences, graphic development, maintain mailing lists, management of photography, content libraries, project descriptions, SOQ and Market Research support, staff resumes, and SWAG purchase/inventory.This position will lead efforts to populate the CRM with past and future data as required. They will help develop reports based upon various requirements of staff, and run said reports on a frequency (weekly, monthly, etc.) as prescribed by management. They will lead/assist in developing and maintaining various Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and 365 sites for the department.Additionally, they will assist the Proposal Group when requested to develop proposal resumes and graphics.Salary range for this position is: $33.44/hour - 47.58/hour, please note this is a tiered position.Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):Assist in tracking potential opportunities and distribution to appropriate team members.Assist with master resume reporting of projects and annual staff updates.Draft and work with new hires in developing their master resumes to include formatting, and tech editing for consistency.Dissect and catalog proposal and marketing content information for future use.Edit and review draft documents for conformance to solicitation requirements.Input initial opportunity data into CRM and help keep data updated through the opportunity lifecycle.Maintain, organize, and update all marketing resources and materials database (resumes, project pages, standard proposal sections, graphics, etc.).Maintain personnel and project information/attributes with a CRM database.Prepare and coordinate past performance submissions and documents.Support the development of SOQ, Market Research and Sources Sought Requests by collecting and compiling information through final delivery. This includes but is not limited to formatting, editing, writing, corresponding with staff and clients, final production, and delivery.Work with the Business Development department to ensure the deployment of quality sales strategies and consistently apply the Ahtna brand.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum QualificationsAll levels:Associate degree in an applicable discipline.

Work experience may substitute education on a 1:1 basis.

Experience working in environmental, engineering, or construction-related field preferred.Ability to pass background checks by various Federal Agencies (e.g., DOD, DHS, FAA, etc.) to obtain security access.Ability to write and tech edit for quality work and the work of others.Familiar with Adobe CS applications (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).Graphic arts interests and/or experience.Must be a US Citizen.Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record, able to drive company vehicles.

Level - IIThree (3) or more years of work experience (proposals/marketing/writing experience preferred) with a minimum of one (1) years of experience as a Marketing or Proposal Coordinator and/or Project Coordinator/Administrator in a similar industry (environmental, construction, professional services, etc.).

Level - IIIFive (5) or more years of work experience (proposals/marketing/writing experience preferred) with a minimum of four (4) years of experience as a Marketing or Proposal Coordinator and/or Project Coordinator/Administrator in a similar industry (environmental, construction, professional services, etc.).

Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in an applicable discipline.Experience responding to Department of Defense, federal, municipal, and tribal RFPs.Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and 365 site development.Experience with Unanet by Cosential CRM database (or similar CRM platforms).Strong set of skills in computer programs, including Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel and Access).Experience and knowledge of Alaska Native cultures.
