Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:Candidate will be responsible for updating and managing CRM data and entries. They will work with RDD's to report on CRM updates and pipeline. Candidate will perform in-depth market research for the Florida/Southeast market. Gathering information pertaining to clients capital programs, key personnel, and identify opportunities with clients in core market sectors. Candidate will work with the marketing team on an as needed basis to assist with major project/program pursuits encompassing the following tasks.Additional Responsibilities include.Manage and prepare proposals, presentations, and qualification submissions for a variety of different types of opportunitiesAttend walk throughs/pre-proposal conferences and kickoff meetings as neededReview and analyze solicitation documents and RFPsCollaborate and provide input for pursuit strategy (i.e. company differentiators, teaming, projects, staff, and production) with leadership teamDevelop, distribute, and manage submission outlines/schedulesInterface with teaming partners and coordinate effortsInteract with Legal, Accounting, and other departments to meet proposal requirementsProof all submissionsEnsure proper documentation has been completed for QA reviewCoordinate production efforts (i.e., reproduction, packaging, and delivery)Participate in client debriefs to ensure lessons learned are integrated into future submittals.Marketing Coordinator Requirements:Make an impact with creative, self-motivated professionalism while thriving in a collaborative environmentExhibit curiosity about the built environmentDemonstrate commitment to quality and strategyPossess strong decision making, organizational, time management and research skillsProduce excellent writing and grammatical content and adapt to an industry-specific style guideManage concurrent assignments under strict deadlinesMaintain client-focus and strong work ethicQualifications:Bachelor's degree, preferably in English or Liberal ArtsProficiency in Microsoft and Adobe Creative Cloud with emphasis on InDesignMinimum of two (2) years of related experience, preferably in marketing, publishing, or journalism/writingExperience with marketing in the architecture/engineering/construction management industry is preferredCompensation Range:$52,754.00 - $70,339.00
