Oracle is seeking a results-driven product marketing professional with the proven ability to deliver high impact content assets and insightful analysis in a fast-paced cross-functional environment while multi-tasking complex projects. This role needs to contribute individually, as a team member, and as a leader providing direction to others in virtual teams. The work is non-routine and requires advanced technical/business skills.

Strong interpersonal and executive communication skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrated product marketing experience are required. Domain knowledge in either cloud infrastructure, cloud platform, cloud database, or data management is required. The successful candidate will be a creative, energetic, and enthusiastic team player. Requires 8 years technology and industry experience and BA/BS/MBA degree.

This position has openings in multiple locations, including the United States, Latin America, Europe and Asia Pacific. Preferred locations for these roles include Redwood City, California; Sao Paulo, Brazil; London, The United Kingdom; Singapore; and Sydney Australia.

Key job responsibilities

Craft and develop compelling regional, audience, and initiative-specific agendas for campaign activities including the in-person Oracle CloudWorld Tour and virtual events, such as customer-facing webinars.

This role will require the development of materials that resonate with both external and internal stakeholders, with materials that may include webcast presentations, virtual event presentations, executive update presentations and related materials.

Collaborate with regional sales teams to ensure effective product launch awareness and sales enablement success.

Gather continuous feedback on sales plays and use cases, including key successful customer deployment patterns.

Gather regional market trends and competitive intelligence to inform messaging.

Prioritize and create regional customer reference content.

Provide regular updates to executive management.

Responsibilities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

8+ years of B2B product marketing or product management experience.

Subject matter expertise and experience creating content for and marketing to key personas in the cloud infrastructure, cloud platform, cloud database, or data management domains.

Prior success in leading go-to-market strategy and product launches across all phases for cloud infrastructure, cloud database, enterprise software, or AI.

Experience communicating effectively with senior leadership.

Ability to work with minimal supervision and strategically prioritize multiple tasks proactively.

Ability to think strategically with tactical execution.

Demonstrated ability to produce compelling, high-quality work on short timelines.

Ability to do some travel. Should be under 25%.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to distill complex ideas in succinct and compelling ways and communicate them verbally or through strong written communication.

Prior success in driving execution of large-scale launches and other project plans across multiple teams.

Product management experience in the cloud infrastructure, cloud platform, cloud database, data management, or AI domains.

US: Hiring Range: from $97,400 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
