You will have the rare opportunity to face and solve real-world problems and see your user-driven design insights realized in Lenovo's SW products and services that will be used worldwide to bring real-world change to the life of our consumers.ResponsibilitiesBeing a member of the renowned Design + Innovation Team which takes in 65+ design awards globally every year, you will work with a diversified and talented UXUI design team to collaborate with cross-disciplinary design teams, including Design Research, HW design and CMF, to come up with consumer-centric, groundbreaking UXUI design and concepts for Lenovo's IDG (Intelligent Device Group) business.This role reports to Senior UX Design Manager. We expect the UX designer with demonstrated experiences to advance and apply people-centric design method and create purposeful and innovative UX design solutions.Job RequirementsDesign & develop innovative UX design and innovations to wow our end-users and create values for business and elevate Lenovo Brand;Leverage & use repeatable tools, templates, process documentation, and communication plans for various programs and efforts;Create end-to-end workflows, including user journeys, task analysis, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and evaluative research methods;Collaborate on or participate research on user behavior, and translate them into user stories, user journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes;Produce high-quality creative solutions to complex problems based on research & goals.Designing, forming and presenting design proposals to team leaders;Collaborate with SPM, SPO, STPM and other experts to deliver high-quality design.Comfortable working in the face of ambiguity, and able to design and drive UX design to meet customer needs;Basic QualificationsA Bachelor's degree majored in graphic/web design, UX, and other related fields1+ years of UX design experience in consumer SW or web-based applicationsPreferred Qualifications
