Senior Strategic Marketing Manager Upstream for Devicor Medical Products, Inc. in Cincinnati, OH to drive the strategic vision and shape the future of breast biopsy and surgery by creating and communicating long-term product pipeline strategy as part of the Strategic Marketing and Business Development team. Utilize leadership skills to collaborate directly with customers to help address their unmet needs and identify the next opportunities of growth. Drive innovation strategy and growth in a fast-paced environment with direct visibility to leadership. Assist in all steps of front-end customer and market insights process, from conceptualization to data analysis and concept planning. Develop the business case, define the market opportunity, gather Voice of Customer, and identify critical product requirements and customer needs. Lead and manage iterative concept testing using jobs to be done and Stanford bio design principles. Manage cadaver and animal lab simulated workflows with KOLs/surgeons Lead product development for assigned projects translating concepts to specific early-stage product definition. Conduct and generate insights from qualitative and quantitative research to support company objectives and define the right product concepts for critical projects. Use sales performance and other data, competitive intelligence, and other forms of external data to supplement and amplify the results of primary market research. Maintain expertise and knowledge of the market, direct and emerging competitors, and healthcare policy changes impacting the business. Develop, improve, and mentor the organization on all tools and resources for product development and launch excellence process toolkit. Lead leadership reviews for innovation and manage key strategic decisions and priorities around long-term product pipeline.

Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus eight (8) years of experience in medical device marketing and product management or, alternatively, a master's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and five (5) years of experience in medical device marketing and product management.
