Graphic Designer

is to assist the creative team in providing creative, original, impactful design, which includes, but is not limited to, social media images, website design, print and digital collateral, and event graphics.Essential DutiesYour Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:Conceptualize visuals based on requirements and prepare drafts and present ideas.Develop creative and original illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design, ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.Assist in developing new ideas to draw the audience's attention, by using approved brand colors and design guidelines for all graphics.Provide creative support for digital marketing campaigns and/or internal promotion and adoption and provide design support to attract and retain candidates, applicants, and clients.Proofread designs to ensure that spelling and grammar are correct; revise and edit content as needed.CompetenciesCompetencies we value for this role include:Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design/Marketing or a related field and1 year of graphic design experience. Have proficiencies in the Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat. We are looking for someone with efficient workflow process strengths, a strong eye for design, composition, color, typography, strong photo editing and digital design skills.Ability to collaborate and work well with other team members and ability to take direction well. You must be self-motivated, have exceptional written and oral communication skills.
