Residential Real Estate Photographer

Our top real estate agency is currently looking for our next great creative Photographer/Videographer! The ideal candidate will work independently photographing and videoing the homes of our seller clients and doing some portrait photography of our team and events. This position is compensated per shoot. There may be 1-4 shoots per day. Generally, the photographer will be on location between 1 and 3 hours. Flexible schedules are necessary and daytime shoots are typical. Some twilight hours, Saturday, and Sunday shoots may be necessary but are not the norm. Responsibilities: • Ability to attend multiple shoots per day and/or week in order to provide the best possible customer service to our clients • Take quality video of all properties to post on social media and websites • Advise real estate agents and homeowners on staging during the photo shoot to help ensure the best visual results • Photograph homes listed for sale ensuring properties look their best and sell fast • Help in the creation of website and all social media content to highlight agency’s professionalism and properties Qualifications: • Experience in real estate photography preferred but not required • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and balance multiple deadlines • Enjoys working with all types of people and able to take constructive feedback and make adjustments • Must possess excellent computer skills and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite • Skilled in video equipment usage, lenses, lighting and photography Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
