Position Overview: As the Associate Creative Director (Maternity Coverage) within the Chegg Creative Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in leading and inspiring our creative team to produce compelling and effective marketing campaigns. This position is responsible for overseeing the creative direction, ensuring brand consistency, and driving innovation across all marketing initiatives. Responsibilities: * Creative Leadership: Provide creative direction and guidance to the creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. * Creative Development: Lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and video. * Brand Guardianship: Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity. * Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of six creatives, providing feedback, guidance, and support to foster their professional growth and development. * Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Content, to align creative strategies with business objectives and ensure seamless execution. * Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality. * Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance the effectiveness of our creative efforts. Requirements: * Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role within a marketing or advertising agency, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns. * Creative Excellence: Strong conceptual thinking and exceptional design skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling. * Leadership & Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, organize, and inspire a creative team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Proven ability to provide constructive feedback, coach team members effectively, and manage diverse projects with strong organizational skills. * Strategic Mindset: Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into creative solutions that resonate with our target audience. * Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate and present creative ideas and concepts. * Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Figma, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), and other relevant design and project management tools. * Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Design, Advertising, Marketing, or related field.
