Title: Marketing ManagerLocation: New York City, NY (preferred local)Responsibilities:Help develop seller success playbooks to leverage advertising solutions and improve seller performance.Conduct ongoing A/B tests to optimize impressions and conversion ratesIdentify opportunities to drive top-line revenue growth and customer awareness across our existing portfolio of productsCollaborate cross-functionally with our Product and Product Marketing teams on the rollout (and subsequent measurement/analysis) of campaignsSurface relevant data to empower and improve efficiencies within our Marketing, Customer Support, and Product teamsWork across cross-functional teams to deliver seamless execution across channels and touchpoints. Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills are a mustKeep up with fast-moving and high-priority changes to processes and best practices, communicating them with cross-functional teams and integrating them into these programsManage and nurture relationships with key internal stakeholdersRequired Qualifications:5+ years of relevant work experience that can span marketing, product marketing, product management, or strategy consultingAt least 3+ years specifically in B2B technology product marketing; ideally Advertising solutionsSQL, python, tableau & Excel proficientTeam-oriented approach with the ability to take initiative, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet stakeholder expectations and deadlines across multiple projectsAbility to interact and communicate across a variety of stakeholder groups (technical subject matter experts to business owners), with the ability to present complex information in an easily understandable format and tailored to the audienceOutstanding organization, rigor and attention to detailInnovative, solution-oriented mindsetGood energy and drive, ability to work in a fast-paced and pressurized environmentPreferred Qualifications:Strong Presentation skills both in person and via technologyExperience In a Growth/self-serve user role or working closely with Growth teamsExperience in e-commerce or B2B marketingExperience working on marketing or growth throughout a product's lifecycle
