DescriptionThe Graphic Designer supports the Front Office senior leadership team, including the creating, editing and coordinate of complex and graphic intense presentations targeted toward a wide variety of audiences. The individual is responsible for gathering technical content and distilling to salient points to communicate the organization's project and program status, marketing their products and services, etc. to audiences internal to the organization and across the IC. The Graphic Designer provides information management support in the coordination and implementation of the organization's communications strategy. The individual may be called upon to support the leadership team with strategic planning initiatives and creating the products (e.g., documents, placemats, briefings, websites...etc.) used to convey that plan to senior leaders and to the workforce. Other skills and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Applies critical thinking skillsDemonstrates effective decision-makingDemonstrated strong oral and written communications and interpersonal skillsListens and discerns important information and data points and conducts independent research to ensure technical understanding of content and purposeEvaluates competing priorities in a dynamic environment, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage assignments to completionPossesses keen attention to detailDemonstrates a creative approach to building briefings/presentations using a variety of media - including, but no limited to Microsoft Office products, WordPress, Confluence...etc.Working independently and as a part of a teamUnderstands programmatic and engineering conceptsWorks effectively in a dynamic and challenging environmentDemonstrates effective content and data management, leveraging repositories and other tools to file work products for future reference and re-use, as applicable, to execute comprehensive information campaigns across multiple channels, targeting specific user populations and stakeholdersRequired QualificationsA Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline and 12+ years of experience. Additional experience in lieu of degree.Ability to fully coordinate project schedulesAbility to assist in the preparation of management plans and reportsAbility to fully perform tasks requiring the collecting, compiling, evaluation and publishing of information and statistical dataDesired QualificationsAbility to work in a dynamic and challenging environmentAbility to coordinate with engineers, developers and top-level managersAbility to apply critical thinking to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problemsOriginal Posting Date:2024-09-03

While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above.Pay Range:Pay Range $98,150.00 - $177,425.00
