To help with this growth, we are looking for an outstanding Supply Chain Analyst to join our team.Overview:Guided by Melaleuca's three Strategic Imperatives - growing Members globally, maximizing operational efficiencies, and cultivating an environment of Team Member growth and development - your role is to work directly with brand managers, primary researchers, and promotions management colleagues, leading end-to-end analytics as their business advisor.Responsibilities:Primary Responsibilities:Lead post-promotional analyses, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.Manage ad hoc analytical requests coming from stakeholders to support their business needs, leveraging appropriate analytical methods (descriptive and predictive).Query internal databases to extract complex sampling frames for primary researchers.Query internal databases to extract and manipulate large raw data sets needed for analytical projects of teammates.Advise business leaders via fact-based, compelling storytelling with data.

Secondary Responsibilities:Assist others inside and outside Marketing with their data and analytical needs.Occasionally train less-experienced colleagues in SQL, VBA, Excel, etc.Help with team, department, and company events when asked.Qualifications:Have proven experience in data mining and manipulation techniques using appropriate software (SQL, R, Excel, etc.)Understand and execute appropriate business statistics to ensure analytical results are reliable and accurate (examples include regressions, hypothesis testing, test & control, etc.)Have a strong sense of data curiosity, proactively analyzing data to better understand and teach business leaders about data-driven insights that will help them grow their businesses.Be able to discern data quality, focusing on data that is both useful and valuable.Help others be successful.Why Melaleuca:Melaleuca is one of the leading Health and Wellness companies in the world.
